On the table are original comic art pages of the upcoming Pep issue. Archie and the gang go to the Archie Comics offices in Mamaroneck to discuss possible ideas for the 400th issue of Pep Comics. This trip to the real Archie offices includes caricatures of nearly all the staffers and freelancers at the time. In-jokes include the presence of a "Florida contingent" of staffers who had moved there from New York (Frank Doyle, Bob Bolling, Al Hartley, and Samm Schwartz), gratuitous plugs for Archie advertising clients and toy tie-ins, and longtime Jughead specialist Samm Schwartz staring amorously at posters of Jughead.
