November 1991, Avengers #341, Page #1 Splash, Steve Epting pencils, "Rage of Angels", (Steve Epting's superb, tight pencils can be seen here in their glory!; This splash is Steve's pencils only; I asked Steve Epting and he clarified it - "the image was supposed to be a grainy film of a police beating being shown on TV news (ala Rodney King); Tom Palmer wanted to give it a different affect, so he copied it on to a duo shade board and inked it";
